Lifestyle Coordinator Position
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of meaningful lifestyle programs for residents in a brand-new aged care home.
Job Description:
* Lead the Wellbeing team in creating and delivering engaging lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement high-quality lifestyle initiatives that promote resident wellbeing, dignity, and happiness.
Requirements:
* Hold a Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or equivalent qualification.
* At least 2 years' experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) in aged care.
* Ability to be creative, compassionate, and supportive in the development of a quality Lifestyle program.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide Wellbeing Assistants in delivering successful lifestyle activities.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
* Ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, team members, and other stakeholders.
* Willingness to adapt to new technology, software systems, and social media platforms.
* Problem-solving and initiative-taking skills to maximize positive outcomes.
