A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to deliver capital works, refurbishments and accommodation planning across a major corporate site. You'll manage construction projects, oversee contractors, develop design briefs and ensure facilities operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage new facility builds, refurbishments and fit‑outs
* Prepare cost estimates, design briefs and tender documentation
* Coordinate consultants, contractors and service providers
* Ensure compliance, records management and policy adherence
* Support accommodation planning and optimisation strategies
About You:
* Strong facilities management and commercial fit‑out experience
* Proven project management and construction delivery background
* Skilled in managing contractors and diverse project teams
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving capability
