About the role
MPS Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Technician & Apprentice – Commercial to join our growing team in Maroochydore, Queensland. These full-time position will involve providing expert commercial air conditioning and refrigeration services to our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing
* Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Diagnosing and repairing faults in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on system upgrades and improvements
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
* Assisting the team of qualified technicians and apprentices as required
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
What we're looking for
* A relevant trade qualification in air conditioning and refrigeration, or current apprenticeship
* Demonstrated experience in the repair, maintenance and installation of commercial air conditioning systems
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
