Transformational Leader, Digital Excellence
We seek a seasoned Transformational Leader to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale programs involving integrations, software development, and data migration within Salesforce and operational systems.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement program structures that ensure efficient planning, execution, and delivery.
* Establish agile methodologies and governance frameworks to drive project success.
* Coordinate multiple project streams executed by different teams and vendors across various geographies.
* Monitor and control project progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
* Drive program governance, ensuring regular progress reviews with stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Lead a team including solution architects, technical, and functional resources.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and long-term strategies.
* Ensure compliance with technical standards, security protocols, and industry requirements.
* Maintain a positive relationship with clients and act as the central point of contact between us and clients.
* Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, third-party vendors, and suppliers.
* Budget, risk, and resource planning.
* Developing and monitoring the project schedule.
* Identifying project risks and issues, applying and agreeing on risk mitigation.
* Facilitating project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing contract variations and change request processes.
* Managing project stakeholders to ensure successful completion of project deliverables based on scoped within the statement of work.
* Managing and monitoring scope impacts and change requests associated with changes.
* Employing financial oversight and control mechanisms and procedures to ensure all project costs and expenses are in accordance with project contractual documentation.
* Providing advice and support to the project team.
* Leading multiple internal and external audits, including security reviews, compliance, legal, procurement, and vendor assessments.
Requirements:
* Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Banking, and Finance or relevant discipline.
* 8+ years of experience in software engineering, transformational projects, systems engineering, technical product/program management.
* Proven experience in managing complex programs, including digital transformation, Salesforce, ERP, data migration, financial core systems. Strong understanding of project management, including agile and waterfall. Experience working with multi-vendor delivery teams across multiple countries.
* Excellent program governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to define long-term strategies while ensuring near-term delivery goals.
* Hands-on experience in setting up execution frameworks and managing cross-functional technical teams.
* PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certification.
* Exposure to cloud migration is a plus.
* Prior experience in regulated industries (e.g., Superannuation, banking, healthcare) is an advantage.
* Prior knowledge of security and compliance.
