Key Responsibilities
Optimise and manage business workflows of the Professional staff
Oversee office operations for efficiency and compliance
Manage HR and manage the outsourced IT functions
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies
Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business goals
Provide structure and leadership across the organisation
About You
You're an experienced manager with a proven track record in operational management—ideally within a professional services environment. You combine forward thinking with hands-on operational management and have good financial acumen.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years in a senior leadership role (Business Manager, GM, or CEO)
Expertise in operational management and compliance
Strong interpersonal and team motivation skills
Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards
Relevant qualifications in business or general management
