About Our Client 
Our clientprovides third-party (3PL) storage, logistics, and supply chain management services for various industries in Brisbane and other cities. 
Dynamic warehouse solutions, more broadly, involve using technology and processes like automation to improve flexibility, efficiency, and the ability to adapt to changing demands within a warehouse's operations.
Duties 
As a Customer Service Officer, your duties will include:
- Answering inbound calls
- Reconciling and paying invoices
- Data entry
- Handling emails 
- Customer service
- Keying orders from the warehouse (ensuring orders are ready to roll for customers)
- General housekeeping
Shift Structure
Monday to Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm OR 8:00am to 4pm 
Requirements 
- Driver's License and vehicle 
- Previous experience in an admin-based role
- Previous experience working in a warehousing environment 
- Strong communication skills
