Lawn and Order is looking for motivated, experienced and reliable workers to join our growing team in Townsville. We provide professional lawn mowing, gardening, and outdoor maintenance services, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lawn mowing, edging, hedging, turf repairs including turf laying, garden bed building and general garden maintenance.
* Assisting with pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and outdoor care.
* Knowledge of all tools including zero turns, self-propelled mowers, hedge trimmers, brush cutters and pole saws is necessary
* Safe use and maintenance of provided equipment.
* Representing Lawn and Order with professionalism and reliability.
Requirements:
* Current driver's license and own car to get to and from our home base each day.
* Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Must be drug and alcohol free, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Schedule:
* Casual with potential for full-time to the right candidate
* Hours vary depending on workload and season.
