Role Overview
Exclusive to Reo Group, this is a highly exciting role to provide ongoing support to the Head of Pricing and key stakeholders within a global Retail business. This role is being recruited to optimise growth and commercial opportunity and works within an entrepreneurial environment whereby positive change and transformation are the norm.
Where the client is looking to achieve value in this hire is through acquiring a strategic individual who has demonstrated prior work in driving business growth, specifically around pricing, innovation, and gaining stakeholder trust. The BAU aspect to this role is also very varied and requires a candidate who is happy to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities
* Design, test and implement Pricing and Promotional strategies that balance volume with profitability
* Monitor food and labour costs as well as competitor pricing and demand trends
* Partner with senior Marketing stakeholders to design and optimise promotional campaigns.
* Conduct cost-benefit analysis to ensure promotions are commercially viable and aligned with brand positioning
* Ensure pricing strategies are executable across various channels
* Develop reports and dashboards to monitor pricing impact alongside margin and benefit realisation
Candidate Profile
This role is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate with solid exposure to strategic pricing initiatives, the ability to provide first class business partnering expertise and someone who looks to bring clarity in a positively changing business. The ideal candidate will be experienced within a B2C organisation with strong communication skills and the ability to utilise tools such as SQL, Power BI, Snowflake and MS Excel. The role could provide an opportunity for a candidate to step-up from a Senior Pricing Analyst role or step across from an existing Pricing Manager position.
