We have an exciting opportunity where you will step into a leadership role as Program Lead, overseeing the delivery and operational excellence of our mental health service programs. This is a full-time, permanent position where you'll work closely with our Clinical Services Manager and Regional Manager to ensure programs run efficiently, meet quality standards, and deliver meaningful outcomes for the community. You'll also mentor and support administration teams while driving workforce coordination and business improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of allocated programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centred service delivery. Coordinate workforce planning, rosters, and administrative support across multiple sites. Monitor budgets, financial performance, and contribute to business improvement initiatives. Lead and mentor administration teams to ensure effective scheduling, data management, and client flow. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, community organisations, and government agencies to enhance service integration and impact. Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with organisational and legislative requirements.
What we're looking for:
Tertiary qualifications in human services, community services, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in operational and program management within the mental health or community sector. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Financial acumen and ability to monitor budgets and performance. Confidence engaging stakeholders, including funders, partners, and lived experience voices.
