Disability Support Worker

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker you'll provide person-centred support to individuals living with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. Your role may include:
Assisting with daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)
Supporting community participation and social engagement
Implementing individual support plans
Providing transport to appointments and recreational activities
Documenting progress notes and reporting any changes in clients' needs
About You

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Disability Individual Support or related field (or working towards it) OR WILLING TO OBTAIN
Current First Aid & CPR certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
