About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled professionals to join our vibrant Contact Centre team in Ballarat, working with one of Australia's largest superannuation funds. The ideal candidate will have exceptional service skills, be tech-savvy, and dedicated to achieving targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service across various channels including calls, emails, and social media.
* Understand individual customer needs to deliver tailored experiences.
* Guide customers through their superannuation journey with empathy and resilience.
