Reliability & Compliance Specialist Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Reliability & Compliance Specialist to drive consistent reliability and compliance processes for our Storage and Handling Assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, governing, and improving Equipment Maintenance Strategies, coaching and supporting Maintenance Managers and Supervisors in Reliability practices, and leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA's) for significant failures or abnormalities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Equipment Maintenance Strategies
* Coach and Support Maintenance Managers and Supervisors
* Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA's)
* Work with SAP Systems Team
* Facilitate Criticality Assessments
* Collaborate with Innovation and Design Team
* Develop Asset Management Plans
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with solid experience in reliability engineering and asset management, who has highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, leadership capability, improvement mindset, focus on safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration. In addition to providing proof of working rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical.
