**Your New Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team and support the health and wellbeing of our employees in a values-driven and inclusive organisation.
As the Injury Management Consultant, you will support and provide advice on effective injury management and the return-to-work process. In this role you will be responsible for developing tailored strategies to improve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes for the Logan and Beaudesert Health Service (LBHS) workforce.
You will provide advice and support to senior management, team leaders, and workers, as well as monitor trends and influence internal and external stakeholders to minimise the impact of injuries and illnesses and assist with prompt, safe, and sustainable return to work. On a daily basis you will find yourself engaging not only with our valued workers but also our external partners including WorkCover and QSuper.

**We would love to have**:
Experience in providing injury management education and consultancy services to internal stakeholders and staff.
Confidence in liaising and engaging with external workers compensation insurers.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to develop relationships with all stakeholders across the health care service.
Exposure in dealing with Medical and Allied Health Practitioners.
A continuous improvement mindset and drive to strengthen injury management initiatives and contribute to improved injury management service delivery.
Empathy and a genuine interest in supporting our dedicated people who care for our community.
