This position roster includes weekend and evening hours.

Skills and Experience
* Enjoy working in a busy environment with a true passion for cooking.
* Follow venue menu planning for preparation and cooking.
* Strong knowledge of preparation and presentation.
* Confident in filling breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
* A keen eye for detail and a positive and proactive approach.
* Strong and detailed business acumen for kitchen operations.
* Proven ability to lead by example and foster a creative and organized environment where team members take pride in their work.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Motivated, with a drive to challenge yourself daily and deliver the very best.
* Mentor staff and apprentices.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
* AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma / Diploma.
* 3 years relevant experience in a busy restaurant.
