Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate personal care in line with care plans and resident needs.
* Support resident hygiene, safety, and wellbeing on a day-to-day basis.
* Communicate effectively with families and staff; document relevant care information as required.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
* Relevant experience in aged care.
