The Role
Provide analytical and operational support for the hotel portfolio. The Hotels Asset & Funds Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of hotel operators, financial oversight, investor reporting, and supporting development and transactional activities as required
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Monitoring: Review daily revenue and operational reports from hotels.
* Monthly & Strategic Oversight: Review monthly financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and creditors.
* Portfolio Management & Strategic Support: Oversee day-to-day interactions with hotel operators and third-party asset managers.
* Sustainability & ESG: Drive sustainability initiatives across the portfolio, including energy efficiency, ESG reporting, green certifications.
Skills & Experience
* 4–5+ years in real estate, hotel asset management, or fund management.
* Preferably with experience or exposure to hotel/real estate valuation.
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, proficient in Excel.
* Excellent report writing and communication skills.Understanding of hotel operations and performance metrics.
* Ability to coordinate multiple functions and stakeholders effectively.
* Flexible, proactive, and willing to support across hotel portfolio functions.
