A growing organisation in the mining services sector is looking for an International Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of products across both international and domestic markets.
This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation and ensuring goods move efficiently from suppliers to customers.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure shipments run smoothly and customers receive products on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate international and domestic shipments from suppliers through to delivery
* Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers and transport providers to manage logistics activities
* Support the Procurement & Logistics Manager with planning and scheduling shipments
* Ensure all shipping documentation and records are accurate and up to date in the ERP system
* Manage import/export paperwork and ensure compliance with customs requirements
* Track shipments and provide updates to internal stakeholders
* Troubleshoot any transport or logistics issues to keep deliveries on schedule
* Maintain logistics reports including shipment details, inventory movements and transport costs
Skills & Experience
* 2–3 years' experience in a logistics or supply chain role
* Experience managing both international and domestic freight
* Understanding of freight forwarding, customs processes and shipping documentation
* Experience using an ERP system (PRONTO ESSENTIAL)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Exposure to mining or industrial products would be advantageous
