About the Residential Property Sales role:
Listing and selling existing / resell properties and arranging & overseeing inspections
Seeking out and introducing buyers
Negotiating the sale and liaising with legal representatives
The ideal candidate (experienced one) will possess the following:
New graduates without sales experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis if they possess the required licence and demonstrate strong potential.
Track record of listings and sales, minimum 1-2 years real estate experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and advanced presentation skills
Full drive licence with own car
Real Estate Agent Licence, Certificate of Registration (COR) minimum
Able to work autonomously and result driven
Full right to work and live in Australia
