Digital Assistant Brand Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Assistant Brand Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and market share.
Scope of work
* Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and execute Annual Brand Master Plan.
* Develop Brand Communication strategies and campaigns & execute with excellence across all touch points with Internal team and agencies.
* Leading on e-commerce and online channel sales.
* Tracking digital KPI's and ensuring brand growth targets are met.
* Managing Brand website updates and leading on development and enhancement with suppliers.
* Managing social media channels and influencer marketing with agency and internal teams.
* Monthly reporting and analysis of all brand KPI's and putting recommendations for growth.
* Trend monitoring and landscape assessment of natural beauty category, competitors and product insights.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in marketing or brand management, with a focus on consumer products.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
