Customer Experience Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our leadership team at Parklands Tavern. As a key member of the Venue Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a similar position and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff and stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Current QLD approved managers liquor licence
* Previous experience as an Assistant Duty Manager
* Hotel management experience
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
* People management experience
