At RSM Australia, we're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our regional offices in Bunbury, Busselton, or Margaret River. You'll be part of a close-knit team of professionals, contributing to RSM's national strategy and our strong commitment to regional excellence.

What You'll Do:
* Assist with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
* Support the preparation of BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax, and other compliance obligations
* Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
* Respond to bookkeeping queries and liaise with clients to resolve issues
* Assist with managing client relationships and ongoing communications
* Apply your knowledge of current accounting practices and industry trends
* Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance service delivery
About you:
Essential Requirements:
* 4+ years relevant experience
* Relevant qualifications
* Xero and MYOB AccountRight experience essential
* Payroll experience
* Sound accounting skills (Dr's & Cr's; P&L & Balance Sheet differences)
* Basic GST knowledge
* Ability to identify & communicate process improvements
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Self-motivated (ability to work independently)
