Regis Resources is an ASX 200-listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team and a successful track record of developing mid‑sized gold operations. Regis is a purely Australian gold miner with significant open pit and underground operations, which includes the 100% owned Duketon Gold Project and a 30% ownership of the Tropicana Gold Project, both in Western Australia. In FY25, Regis expects to produce between 350 thousand and 380 thousand ounces of gold and has a current market capitalisation of around A$3.6 billion. The current mine site locations are in the Northeastern Goldfields of WA, with multiple mining operations both open pit and underground. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, working collaboratively towards a future production profile of up to half a million ounces of gold annually.
The opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Reliability Supervisor (Fixed Plant) to join the team at our Duketon operation.
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Reliability Supervisor will provide direct supervision of the activities of tradespersons, technicians, contractors and ancillary personnel, within the process plant.
This is a FIFO role (8:6 roster) from Perth.
Main Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Provide proactive leadership to the planning and reliability team, including contracting partners
- Display and uphold a safety‑first culture, while constantly looking for ways to improve ESG
- Execute capital and non‑capital projects following Regis’ approval procedure
- Manage personnel movement, ensuring constant on‑site coverage requirements are met
- Work with Planners to ensure weekly and shutdown plans meet required objectives
- Utilisation of Pronto as the primary maintenance management system
- Ordering adequate spares, materials and consumables while embracing the ANSI system
- Ensure a budget‑focused capital approach is utilised and embraced
Desired Skills and Experience
- Trade Certificate – mechanical, instrument/electrical, boilermaker or similar
- Demonstrated experience maintaining equipment such as crushers or mills, compressors and gearboxes
- A high calibre of technical competence
- Demonstrated interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage projects, focusing on the key criteria of cost, time, risk, quality and governance
- Proven understanding of risk assessment and management systems
