About the role:
* Oversee multiple domestic insurance repair jobs, ensuring smooth delivery, quality workmanship and positive customer experiences.
* Prepare reports, quotes & insurance assessments.
* Communicate with clients, insurers & internal teams.
* Ensure compliance, safety & KPI performance.
* Maintain records in Prime Ecosystem & insurer platforms.
* Occasional travel during major weather events.
About you:
* Cert IV in Building & Construction (preferred).
* QBCC Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain).
* Experience in supervision, estimating & insurance repairs.
* Tech-savvy with repair systems & Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of NCC, QBCC & WHS standards.
* Quality-focused with strong attention to detail.
* Safety and customer experience driven.
