Impact Driven Solution Designer

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in IT, Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in not-for-profit or community housing, is required. Strong expertise in business process modelling and workflow automation, proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power BI and Power Platform are essential. The Impact Driven Solution Designer will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, facilitating workshops and developing business cases. They will lead the implementation of technology solutions, develop data models and dashboards in Power BI for advanced analytics, provide technical support and deliver training programs.
