We are seeking a ‘can do’ and down to earth individual to join our team. As a Technical Records Assistant, you will have a strong ability to focus on detail and procedures supported by excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
The ability to work autonomously and within a small team is essential.
In this entry-level position, you’ll support our engineering and maintenance teams by keeping aircraft records accurate, organised, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organise aircraft maintenance documentation
- Enter data into aircraft tracking and maintenance systems
- Prepare and file work packs, logbooks, and inspection records
- Assist with audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with engineers and maintenance planners
What You’ll Need:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel/Word)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team
- No aviation experience necessary — full training provided
