Key Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will oversee the management of fleet and transport operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.
* This role requires a hands-on approach to planning and scheduling repairs as well as coordinating movements of plant and equipment.
* The Transport Manager must liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance while supervising all aspects of transport operations.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in transport or fleet management within mining, civil or construction sectors is required. Strong organizational skills are essential for this position.
2. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of machinery maintenance processes as well as certification requirements across various industries.
