Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Coal River Farm team as Store Manager at our Fremantle store.
Our store incorporates a compact chocolate and cheese offering (focussing on hot chocolate, coffee and other beverages along with cheese and desserts) along with our retail range of cheese, chocolate and other farm produced fare. You will play a key role in building a loyal customer base as the on the ground ambassador of our highly acclaimed cheese and chocolate. This is a hands on role that requires an ability to work independently while also being responsible for service, rostering, stock control and other supervisory tasks. The ideal candidate has a mind for business development and creating a loyal following through fantastic service delivery and innovative sales techniques. Experience in hospitality (you will be able to make a great coffee) is a must as is a love for cheese and chocolate!

Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality and the ability to make a great coffee is a must.
* A love for cheese and chocolate.
* Ability to work independently while managing store operations and delivering high levels of customer service.
