About the role
Just Signs' is seeking an experienced Signwriter - Production Manager to join our dynamic team in our Caboolture, Queensland location. This full-time role will be responsible for managing our production processes and team of signwriters to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality signage to our clients.
What you'll be doing
1. Oversee all aspects of the production process, from design to installation
2. Manage a team of skilled signwriters and coordinate their workload
3. Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines
4. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient workflows
6. Maintain a safe and organised work environment
7. Assist with client consultations and quoting as needed
What we're looking for
1. Extensive experience as a signwriter, with a strong portfolio of previous projects
2. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of skilled tradespeople
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Familiarity with signage design software and production techniques
6. Understanding of relevant safety regulations and a commitment to workplace safety
7. Qualifications in signwriting, graphic design or a related field would be highly regarded
