Influencing operational decisions by applying our Safety/Quality/Productivity framework to all plant improvements and changes. We seek an expert in risk assessment, process improvement and team leadership to drive positive change within our organization.
* Key Responsibilities include leading risk assessments for new processes systems or procedures ensuring safety implications are identified and addressed.
- Develop strategic plans and lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of those plans
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential hazards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication of project outcomes
