Project Manager - NEPEAN Conveyors
NEPEAN Conveyors is a leading provider of conveyor solutions to the mining and bulk materials handling industries. As part of the global NEPEAN group, we deliver innovative, reliable, and high-quality conveyor systems across Australia and internationally.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of conveyor system projects from planning through to completion. This role will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of conveyor and materials handling projects
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site teams
* Manage client relationships and ensure project deliverables meet contractual requirements
* Monitor project performance, costs, and risks, implementing corrective actions where required
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
* Provide regular project reporting to senior management and stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience managing projects within mining, materials handling, or heavy industry
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems, conveyors, or bulk materials handling equipment
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project deliverables
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work across office, workshop, and site environments
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (preferred)
