Excellent opportunities have become available for an organised, enthusiastic, and experienced Registered Nurse with a desire to take a leadership role as a Theatre Education Coordinator at a private hospital in Adelaide. This is a part-time opportunity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the hospital's theatre education portfolio;
* Delivering a structured education program for all theatre employees, including providing hands-on support for Graduate Nurses;
* Recruitment into and management of the Transitional to Professional Practice Program.
REQUIREMENTS
* Current AHPRA registration;
* Minimum 5 years' recent theatre nursing experience;
* Sound understanding of relevant standards and legislation;
* Sound knowledge of ACORN standards / ACHS Accreditation Standards;
* Strategic-minded thinker;
* Ability to engage with all members of staff;
* Excellent communication style - written and verbal;
* Ability to meet deadlines;
* Work collaboratively with the management team;
* Proficient in electronic databases and the ability to adapt to changing platforms;
* Knowledge of labour management / KPIs.

REMUNERATION
Salaries range between $63.92 -$69.58 per hour.
