About The Role
Operating within HRIS Strategy and Reporting, the Workforce Reporting Data Analyst provides targeted analytical support to enhance evidence-based decision-making across ACU's workforce and people management processes. This involves integrating and interpreting data related to individuals, positions, organisational structures, workloads, and process outcomes. Additionally, the role contextualises internal data against sector-wide benchmarks to inform strategic workforce planning, policy development, and organisational change initiatives.

What We Offer

- Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,383 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
