About the Role:
This is a dynamic, hands-on role involving the construction of playgrounds and landscaping projects at various sites throughout Bundaberg and surrounding areas. You'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
* Demolition of existing playgrounds
* Base preparation for concrete and play surfaces
* Final trim work for landscape areas
* Setting out and installing new play equipment
* General landscaping duties
* Interpreting and implementing project briefs
* Working both independently and as part of a team
* Operating plant equipment (excavator, kanga, tipper, etc.)
* General concreting tasks
Skills & Experience:
* Trade Qualified in Carpentry or Structural Landscaping
* Proven experience in hard and soft landscaping construction or building construction
* A valid driver's license
* MR or HR License (highly desirable)
* Machinery / Working at Heights / Forklift Tickets (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong multitasking and time management abilities
* Passion for working outdoors and maintaining physical fitness
* Current OH&S general construction industry site safety induction card (White Card)
* Current Working with Children (blue card) or eligibility to obtain one
* Commitment to following company policies and procedures
* Trustworthiness, honesty and reliability
* Willingness to work overtime as needed
