We have recently been engaged on an exclusive basis, to recruit an Associate Director - Corporate Services role for a Melbourne based globally recognised recruitment firm.

This role is ideal for a proven recruitment leader who still loves being close to the action, enjoys managing and building teams, and wants real influence over strategy, culture, and growth in a mature and well-established Melbourne business. This is not a rebuild or turnaround role, this is a rare leadership seat inside a top-tier, globally respected recruitment firm with an established brand, very loyal client base, and with serious scale.
The Opportunity
You will step into a senior leadership role overseeing three teams covering the Corporate Services portfolio which currently includes Accounting & Finance, Business Support, HR and a volume/Call Centre team working closely with the Senior Director.
You will be a key member of the Melbourne Senior Leadership Team alongside the Senior Director and an Associate Director for Technology, with a dotted line into the Australian Managing Director.

* Leading from the front while managing and developing consultants and managers.
* Driving new business development across their extensive current clients and new clients, revenue growth, and profitability across your portfolios.

* Coaching, mentoring, and developing consultants to reach their full potential.
* Attracting, retaining, and developing top recruitment talent.
* Playing an active role in the Melbourne leadership strategy and longer-term growth plans.
