Job Opportunity: Boilermaker
Civmec is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join our dynamic Maintenance Team in Newcastle. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance shutdowns and project works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform welding techniques including FCAW, MMAW
* Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
* Mark out steel components in accordance with engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of current Australian Welding Standards
* Comply with company Quality Control systems and processes
Requirements:
* Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
* Construction White Card
* Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue)
* Enter and Work in Confined Space (within 2 years of issue)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and regular/random Drug and Alcohol screens
* Additional Tickets will be highly regarded
