About the Role
We are seeking a Branch Manager to join a growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations while leading and developing a high-performing team. Your ability to inspire, coach, and empower staff will be key to driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and exceeding performance targets within a supportive and well-established network.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspire, motivate, and lead the team to achieve strong performance outcomes
* Manage day-to-day branch operations and drive business growth
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalised advice and solutions
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities to increase market presence
* Drive the marketing and promotion of products and services
* Promote a strong safety culture and actively contribute to a zero-harm workplace
* Coach and mentor staff in sales development and business growth opportunities
About You
* Proven experience in sales management with knowledge of agricultural services
* Strong understanding of livestock and agency operations
* Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment
* Resourceful, forward-thinking, and passionate about supporting clients and communities
* Strong people leadership skills with a belief that people are the organisation's greatest asset
* Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and build lasting client relationships
* Sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen (tertiary qualifications not essential)
This role may suit an experienced Branch Manager, Merchandise Sales Manager, or Territory Sales Manager.
