2. Connect with and understand the needs of customers, providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
3. Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
4. Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organized.
About You:
* You're a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Ability to work in a dynamic team, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high standards in store presentation.
* Previous customer service experience, ability to calm irate customers, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
* Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
