Beerwah Hotel is a busy hotel in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland with a great reputation for reasonably priced high quality food and is able to seat 250-300 people.
The Hotel requires a Bistro Supervisor/2IC/ Function Manager. The successful applicant must have the desire to play an important role in a busy hotel/restaurant environment & must have the enthusiasm and desire to perform to high standards.
You must -

* be able to work the hours required, including split shifts, weekends and public holidays
* have reliable transport
* be experienced in organising function from the initial enquiry to delivery of the event
* well organised and time efficient

* be able to maintain records with an eye for detail
