*About The Role:
As a
Recruiter for our Business Teams*
, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our commercial and corporate teams across APAC. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires while contributing to regional talent initiatives and projects.
What will you be doing?
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advice
* Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
* Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines across key business roles
* Drive and contribute to recruitment-related projects to improve hiring efficiency and quality
* Support regional employer branding initiatives and talent market mapping
*Minimum Qualifications*
* 2-7 years of end to end recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong sourcing capability across platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset
* At this time, we are unable to provide work visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Indonesia.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience working at a FinTech and/or a startup environment
* Regional or global recruiting experience
