Join our warm and welcoming community at Geelong Grammar School – Junior School We're looking for an enthusiastic Outside School Hours Assistant to help create a fun, nurturing and engaging after‑school environment for our young learners. We are seeking someone to join us on a maximum-term arrangement through to 5 December 2026, working part‑time Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting children in a safe, caring and stimulating after‑school program
* Building positive relationships with students, families and staff
* Leading engaging activities that reflect our campus philosophy
* Ensuring all supervision, safety and compliance standards are met
* Setting up and packing away daily resources
* Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture
What You Bring
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
* Experience working with children (OSHC experience highly valued)
* Warm, positive communication skills
* Ability to create a fun and inclusive environment
* Current First Aid + Anaphylaxis accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
