What You'll Be Doing Owning the scheduling, actioning, and timely closure of all work orders.
Leading your team to consistently hit contractual KPIs and OPMs.
Optimising field resource utilisation through smart planning and prioritisation.
Ensuring Design and Survey packs are accurate and compliant with build standards.
Tracking real-time performance and proactively mitigating risks.
Upholding all processes, procedures, and HS E requirements.
Supporting incident management, PIRs, and contingency planning.
Driving operational improvements, enhancing systems, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
Delivering clear, professional responses to customer and stakeholder inquiries.
Could You Be Our Next Project Engineer?
We're looking for a proactive, solutions focused Project Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring: An engineering degree.
Telecommunications experience - ideally with exposure to the NBN landscape.
Solid understanding of schedule of rates and NBN build standards.
Confident client-facing experience.
Strong digital capability, particularly with Power BI and Excel.
A proven ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting strict KPIs.
Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to engage at all organisational levels.
The ability to work independently, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and deliver consistent results.
Strong technical and commercial acumen.
