Key Responsibilities:
* Provide resident-centered care that meets individual needs and preferences.
* Administer medications as prescribed by medical professionals.
* Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in health status.
* Develop and implement effective care plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Completed Bachelor of Nursing degree and/or current Registration with AHPRA as Division 1.
* Current NDIS clearance and COVID-19 vaccinations.
* Experience in Community Care, Home Care, or Residential highly desired.
