We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT Operations team.
You will be responsible for ensuring that Octopus Deploy staff can continue working and that internal systems are operational. You will also assist in managing the company's laptop fleet, office systems, and SaaS platforms.
We are a remote-first company, most of the time you will be supporting users remotely, so having great problem solving and communication skills is a must.
Octopus Deploy is cloud first. This means we rely heavily on multiple SaaS services which you may be called upon to help troubleshoot.
The role is a hybrid role, split between our HQ in South Brisbane, and remote work from home.
**Salary Expectations: $75,000 - 100,000 AUD + stock options**

**A Typical Day Might Look Like**:
Responding to support requests from users over Slack.
- Laptop management, receiving, wiping and reconfiguring devices ready to send out to users for permanent use or on loan.
- Assisting end users with troubleshooting device & connectivity issues.
- Working with our HR & Finance team members to help onboard recent octonauts and offboard leaving alumni.
- Basic GSuite, Microsoft Office 365, & Azure Administration duties.
- Physical access administration.
