Bright Star Kids is looking to hire 20-25 people on a casual basis to join the production team in our e-commerce stores' peak sales period of October through to January.
We can work with your school or university holiday schedule, where applicable.
Applicants must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
We are looking for people with mature personalities, who can pick things up quickly and learn on the job so that they will be able to help our team to keep up with dispatching orders super quickly.
You don\'t need to have any previous work experience, as we\'ll give you all the training you need.
However past work experience in a fast-paced workplace will be a bonus.
This is a perfect first job for people who are still in High School or University.What does this role involve?
If you\'re successful, you\'ll work behind the scenes to assist in producing and dispatching our top-quality personalised products that are made to order, which will involve sorting, packing and dispatching all orders.
You should be able to work quickly and accurately, with a good eye for detail.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team, as well as manage your own workload so as to ensure the workflow of the daily production schedule is adhered to.
You should be able to easily follow directions and work to our strict system guidelines so that you deliver a consistent result.
Having the ability to think on your feet and problem solve is also highly desirable.
You must be available to work at least 3 days per week during January and do 8 hour shifts during the busy periods.
If you\'re in school and can\'t work until your school holidays start, you can still apply and we\'ll work around your schedule.
