About the Role
We are seeking a driven Account Manager to grow and support Capral's Industrial customer base. You'll represent our market-leading aluminium extrusion and distribution range, working with customers in manufacturing, engineering, transport, automation & fabrication.
This is a field-based role with flexible hot-desking at our Kunda Park Distribution Centre.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage and grow an Industrial sales portfolio across the region
* Provide solution-based selling across extrusion, distribution & value-add services
* Develop customer growth plans in partnership with operations, supply chain & technical teams
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Build strong, trusted relationships through excellent service and follow-through

What We are Looking For
* Self-motivated, organised, and confident managing a sales territory
* Experience achieving KPIs and managing a diverse sales portfolio
* Industrial, technical, or solution-based sales experience (engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, transport, hardware, etc.)
* Knowledge of aluminium extrusion, fabrication or OEM supply chains is an advantage
* Strong communicator with a proactive, growth-focused mindset
* Full driver's licence
