The role of Leisure Team Leader involves enhancing the quality of life for residents by developing and managing a monthly calendar of group activities tailored to their needs and preferences.
* Develop and manage a monthly calendar of group activities, ensuring they meet the mental, physical, spiritual, psychological, and emotional needs of residents.
* Identify and nurture residents' individual talents, hobbies, and lifestyle preferences, fostering an inclusive and flexible approach to service provision.
* Oversee the implementation of leisure activities, collaborating with the care team to support residents' care plans and report any changes in resident care.
* Support and mentor new Lifestyle Officers, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
