About The Role
Architectus is seeking a creative and adept all‐round Interior Designer to work across large scale residential and multi‐res projects as part of our Living Sector team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping critical projects nationally, bringing a dedication to design and delivery excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
* Partner with project and design leads to develop and deliver design concepts through to documentation and delivery
* Support the team to prepare presentation packages and articulate strong project narratives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams
* Contribute strongly to the delivery of technical design documents
* Provide input to and undertake network development, knowledge management, operational improvement, and design review processes initiatives
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent
* 4+ years post‐graduate experience in interiors, with exposure to large‐scale residential and mixed‐use building (essential)
* Competent in Revit, Adobe and InDesign
* Solid knowledge of materials, construction methods and relevant codes
