Sistability is a purpose-led organisation providing cleaning, domestic and practical support services to people living with disability, mental health challenges and ageing-related needs across the Northern Rivers.

We're growing and are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Operations & Administration Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations and help keep our systems running smoothly.

This is a hands-on admin and coordination role, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, systems, and supporting an operations team.


About the role


Reporting to the Operations & Services Manager, you'll provide administrative and operational support across payroll preparation, invoicing, onboarding, rostering assistance and general office coordination. You'll also support our new commercial cleaning brand, Clean Impact Co., which operates under Sistability.

This is not a management role — it's a support role with clear responsibilities and boundaries.


Key responsibilities

* Prepare payroll and timesheets for approval
* Generate and issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
* Support onboarding and offboarding of staff (contracts, system access, training setup)
* Maintain administrative systems and records
* Assist with rostering and schedule changes
* Answer office phones and manage shared inboxes
* Provide general administrative support to the operations team


About you


You're someone who:

* Has solid administration or operations support experience
* Is confident using systems (Xero experience preferred)
* Has excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
* Enjoys routine, structure and process
* Is reliable and available during standard business hours
* Is comfortable working in a support role rather than a management position

Experience in disability, aged care, cleaning or other service-based organisations is highly regarded.
