About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director with a passion for Real Estate to lead our growing team through the next phase of expansion at Kokoda Property. Our focus is to create a connection with potential buyers and/or investors, and to establish a client-centric approach that thrills, excites, and creates an emotional connection to our portfolio and offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the National Sales Director to develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximise off-the-plan luxury apartment sales.
* Generate project sales through channel groups and retail.
* Provide sales and leadership guidance and expertise to the team.
* Develop subject matter expertise and work closely to build the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of team members.
* Partner with various departments including Marketing, Architecture, Construction and Development teams to position projects and create a seamless sales experience.
* Develop and manage overseas selling campaigns, understanding cultural differences between local and overseas buyers.
* Demonstrate personal sales craft in our state-of-the-art display suite in Cremorne – leading from the front.
* Nurture strong relationships with investors, buyers, and key industry partners.
* Leverage in-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market to position properties as best-in-class.
* Provide regular reports on sales metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements
* Cert IV in Real Estate Practice (VIC) / (QLD) or equivalent qualification.
