**About the Role**
HSE is 30 years and growing. Due to our growth in business, we are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor who specialises in Recruitment to join the Brisbane HR team.
Being solutions-focused, the HR Advisor partners with line managers to provide guidance and coaching across areas of the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruitment.
**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:
- Managing end to end recruitment activities in Blue Collar and White Collar roles specific to Mining
- Developing interview guides reflective of competencies required for each role advertised
- Ensuring appropriate compliance requirements are undertaken in the recruitment process
- Maintaining business development opportunities with external recruitment and labour hire agencies
- Develop strategies to engage talent pipelines focused on diversity initiatives
- Ensure the employee on-boarding experience and induction are coordinated
- Assist the People and Capability Team to identify, establish, improve and maintain people-related processes and projects
- Knowledge and experience in Open Pit Mining desireable
- HR Degree or relevant experience
- Demonstrated capacity to recruit multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in high-volume blue-collar & white-collar recruitment
- Sound project management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
